assembly and installation
Choose a location with a flat, level surface that can safely support the weight of the sauna at full capacity. Suitable surfaces include concrete pads, decks, solid foundations, or pavers.
- Allow 5 cm of clearance on the sides and rear of the sauna
- Allow 30 cm of space above the roof
- Ensure access to the power outlet at all times for resets
- Check your sauna specifications for the required power amperage
We strongly recommend consulting a licensed electrician before making a purchase.
- Assembly requires two people and typically takes 8–10 hours.
While we provide complete construction manuals, using a licensed carpenter is recommended, though self-assembly is possible.

External Care
The exterior is exposed to the elements, so regular maintenance is essential:
- Oil the timber every 6–12 months, depending on sun exposure.
- Light sanding may be needed over time to smooth natural imperfections but this is normal and part of the wood’s character.
Internal Care
Maintaining a clean interior ensures a fresh and hygienic sauna experience:
- Wipe benches and floors regularly with mild, non-toxic soap and warm water.
- Light sanding can restore the timber’s natural finish if any marks or wear appear.
With a little regular upkeep, your sauna will continue to perform beautifully for years. For more detailed tips or guidance, our team is always happy to help.

Each Hybrid Wellness sauna is handcrafted and undergoes a rigorous quality inspection to ensure it meets our exacting standards. Before shipping, every sauna is fully assembled in our facility so we can verify every detail and ensure all components are included.
Lead times typically range from 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the model and production schedule.
We offer free curbside delivery across Australia. You will receive advance notice to prepare, and if access to your property is limited, we recommend being present to assist the delivery team for a seamless experience.
Saunas are shipped as disassembled flatpacks, allowing the individual pieces to be carried and installed in your preferred location with ease.
